Kristen Russell
Chief Executive Officer

Kristen founded Fall River in 2005 as the culmination of her insurance industry career as an actuary, underwriting executive, and consultant. She has supervised over 15,000 employer renewal calculations during her career, uniquely qualifying her to help employers obtain the best rates and renewals, and to bend the trend of our clients’ healthcare costs over time. Kristen loves bicycling, learning foreign languages, non-profit work, spending time with her two grown children and granddaughter, and traveling with her talented husband Dave, a photojournalist, and Chaco, a Border collie mix.

Juliet Fitzgibbons,
Account Executive

Prior to joining Fall River, Juliet brings over fifteen years of prior broker and account management experience in the benefits industry (she started at age four). Like Tonya, she manages all aspects of client renewals start to finish, ensuring outstanding year-round proactive service. Juliet loves a challenge – whether it’s updating her 130 year old house in Sloans Lake, training for another triathlon, or keeping up with her very active husband and two young boys.

Gaby Romero,
Client Service Specialist

Gaby is our bilingual Client Service Specialist. She provides day-to-day support to our clients and members with billing, claims, eligibility, and system issues in English and Spanish. Gaby also assists the Client Managers with creating communications materials, preparing for open enrollment meetings and quoting.

Gaby fell in love with Colorado and moved here in June 2015. She enjoys an active lifestyle, and spends her free time doing CrossFit, running, or learning different types of dance. She also loves exploring the beautiful outdoors, and is an avid hiker of Colorado’s 14ers.

Tonya Kimrey,
Account Executive

Tonya brings eleven years of prior insurance company expertise to Fall River, as well as experience working in a doctor's office, all of which make her an expert in solving her clients’ benefit issues. She guides her clients through their renewal process, ACA and other compliance issues, and helping to engage her clients’ employees in wellness and consumerism. Tonya’s personal life centers around her family and her dogs, and she has a passion for reading, writing, and scuba diving.

Scott Nitowski,
Account Manager

As an Account Manager, Scott’s responsibilities include handling all aspects of the renewal process. He provides proactive year round service to his clients and helps with compliance issues, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement. Scott's free time is spent traveling, golfing, hiking, or enjoying a nice long backpacking adventure with his wife Tina and dogs Noel & Apollo.

Susan Shepard,
Operations Manager

Susan is our Operations Manager, directing many of our administrative functions and enabling our client management team to spend more time directly with their customers. She is responsible for setting up our proprietary HRIS system for clients, quoting coverage, developing client benefit guides, publishing our blog each month, and managing our back office. While not working, Susan enjoys paper crafting, needlework, bicycling, reading and golfing, as well as spending time with her husband Bill, three grown children and granddaughter.
